Catholic Stewardship Consultants is a Christ-centered consulting firm that provides customized stewardship services to Catholic parishes across the United States. As Graphic Design Manager, I collaborate daily with a cross-functional team of account managers, writers, editors, and support staff to develop engaging, high-quality print and digital materials for hundreds of clients nationwide—often managing overlapping deadlines and fast-paced production schedules.

My role includes leading concept development, typesetting, and layout design for a wide range of multi-page and branded assets—including newsletters, capital campaign booklets, bulletins, renewal materials, banners, logos, social media content, and short-form videos. I ensure consistency in tone, typography, and visual storytelling, with each piece crafted to reflect the mission and voice of the individual parish. From first draft to press-ready files, I maintain strict quality control standards while balancing creative direction and production efficiency.

In addition to hands-on design, I provide art direction, mentor junior designers, and coordinate with other departments to align design strategy with broader organizational goals. My experience managing large-scale, customized content makes me uniquely equipped to thrive in high-volume publishing environments with a strong focus on purposeful, narrative-driven design.
