Sugar & Stems

Since 2020, I’ve partnered with Sugar and Stems, a boutique cake and floral studio in Northeast Alabama, to develop and evolve a meaningful, story-driven brand identity. From the outset, the business owners envisioned a logo centered around an ornate kitchen fork—a symbol rich with personal significance. My role was to interpret that vision into a distinctive, versatile logo that captured the heart of their brand.

As the business has grown and shifted, I’ve continued to refine and expand the identity system to meet evolving goals, maintaining brand consistency while introducing design updates across digital and print platforms. This ongoing collaboration has allowed me to apply thoughtful design strategy, emotional storytelling, and flexible visual systems in service of a brand that remains both personal and professional.
